During my internship at Pos Indonesia KCU Solo, Surakarta (Feb–Mar 2024), I contributed to the development of a Queue Management System by designing and implementing its user interface, ensuring usability and accessibility to enhance customer experience and service efficiency. I collaborated closely with IT staff and stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional UI solutions, while gaining hands-on exposure to the software development life cycle (SDLC) in a real-world organizational project.
