As a Product Manager Intern at Run System, Yogyakarta (Nov 2025–Present), I led the development of a Document Management System (DMS) add-on for Accounting+, overseeing the transition from initial UI slicing to full functional deployment. I authored detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) to clearly communicate specifications, user flows, and business logic to the engineering team, while proactively initiating new DMS features to enhance document security and collaboration. Partnering with the Lead Product Manager in sprint planning and daily monitoring, I consistently drove project progress achieving an average completion rate of 74.5% across 10+ ongoing sprints while ensuring high-quality delivery through rigorous QA and documentation.
